MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) - One person was killed and another injured in a late Saturday night hit and run. A man was killed and a woman hospitalized in a fiery crash in Newark early Sunday, officials said. Newark police and firefighters responded to the 2:39 a.m. crash after the vehicle hit a brick wall on the 600 block of Frelinghuysen Avenue, according to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda.
