COLEBROOKDALE — With a 6-3 vote, the Boyertown Area School Board on Tuesday adopted a $150 million proposed final budget that would raise property taxes by 3 percent. Board members James Brophy, Ruth Dierolf and Christine Neiman all voted against the budget adoption. The vote does not represent the board’s final say on the spending plan.
