Plans to build 177 apartments on the site of a former gasworks in Christchurch have been approved following a successful appeal by Churchill Living.

Go-ahead given for 109 new houses in Northallerton - Hambleton Today

Planners have given the go-ahead for 109 new houses on the edge of Northallerton. The Allerton Gate estate will be built on land between Mowbray Road and Stokesley Road by Miller Homes.
