2 pedestrians injured in Reading hit-and-run

Two pedestrian were injured in a hit-and-run crash in Reading on Thursday evening. Police were called to the area of 14th Street and Perkiomen Avenue about 6:40 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian accident. When they arrive at the scene, they found an adult male and an adult female lying on the ground with serious injuries. Both were taken by ambulance to Reading Hospital for treatment.
