A major Lehigh Valley road project is starting. Expect delays, PennDOT says.

Motorists who frequent Route 309 and Tilghman Street in Lehigh County should brace for possible traffic delays beginning Monday, according to PennDOT. The agency said Friday in a news release that utility work would begin for the “Route 309 at Tilghman Street Interchange Project” in South Whitehall Township.
