A major cleaning operation has closed a connecting ramp between two major San Diego highways for more than 24 hours. According to SigAlert, around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday morning, around 20 paint canisters were spilled on the ramp between Interstate 5 in a southerly direction and I-8 in an easterly direction near Old Town in San Diego.
