A part of families raising children under 2 years old will be helped by specialists who come to the house

From May, some families raising children under the age of 2 will receive specialist help — they will be visited at home by trained midwives or nurses. The Ministry of Health estimates that about a fifth of women who have given birth may need the help of specialists.
