EAST PALESTINE, Ohio (WKBN) - East Palestine has a new village manager. Antonio Diaz-Guy was recently tapped to fill the seat that Chad Edwards resigned from last October -- less than a year after he started the job. Diaz-Guy knows the town like the back of his hand.
