A resident of Rahat, who studied medicine for seven years in Ukraine, has failed several times in the Israeli licensing exams. It is suspected that he was equipped with a hidden earpiece and a hidden camera to receive answers from an external party in real time. Police are investigating whether this is an isolated case or an organized fraud network.
