An investigation involving the Toledo Police Department and the nonprofit Porchlight Project has resulted in the identification of remains confirmed to be that of an 18-year-old Taylor woman. Through DNA and genealogy testing, the remains were identified to be that of Tammy Lowe of Taylor, in the Downriver area of Wayne County.
