On Sunday, October 13, at 5:25 a.m., the Široki Brijeg Police Department received a report from the doctor on duty at the Široki Brijeg Health Center that E.B. (2004) had requested medical assistance, having suffered minor physical injuries, burns on his body. After interviewing the injured person, it was established that the injured E. B. was injured by M. S. and police officer M. Ć., who was off duty, with a lit pyrotechnic device (torch).
