Algeria reaffirms its role as observer in the Western Sahara conflict before De Mistura

This past Sunday, Algeria’s Foreign Minister, Ahmed Attaf, held a meeting in Algiers with Staffan de Mistura, the UN Secretary General’s personal envoy for Western Sahara.
