Almost nine in ten (87%) of workers in healthcare sectors want their employer to invest more in employee benefits packages

The majority of employees in Romania, more specifically 83 percent of them, receive extrasalarial benefits in the company where they work, shows a survey conducted in March. Article SURVEY — 85 percent of employees receive extrasalarial benefits. Seven out of ten people have Easter and Christmas premieres for the first time on Romania TV.
