Alcoholized driver takes guardrail and moans passers-by

The man, originally from Villa Trinidad, was intercepted after carrying out dangerous maneuvers in the center of San Francisco. The alcohol test was positive.

At around 10.30 p.m. on late Friday evening, the police reported a vehicle on the A13 with unusual maneuvering behaviour: it had striped a guardrail, but then continued the journey. "A little later, a police patrol could encounter the damaged car standing in Esch," says the police report. "Inside, there was a man who showed clear signs of alcohol consumption."
