Anticor wins a new judicial victory over its approval

The anti-corruption association regained its approval in September 2024, but an appeal was filed against the government's decision not to renew it in 2023.

After a first judgement of 2023 which had annulled the renewal of the accreditation of the Anti-Corruption Association, which allows it, inter alia, to take civil action in political-financial cases, the Administrative Court

On 11 April, the Paris Administrative Court annulled the implied refusal of the government of Elizabeth Borne, in December 2023, to renew the approval of the anti-corruption association. The court considered that the refusal was "illegal".

In an action brought before the administrative court of Lyon, which Mediacités consulted, the association for the fight against corruption asks the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes to be transparent about the expenses of its elected representatives. Steps that echo those undertaken by our newspaper.

The association had lost its permission to intervene in judicial proceedings in June 2023 after a decision by the administrative court. Problem: the government's refusal to reassign it
