Antitrust office gives marriage of SDK and Stuttgarter the OK

The Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung (SDK) and the Stuttgarters have taken an important hurdle on the way to the merger. The Federal Cartel Office has no concerns, the two insurers can form a group of equals as planned on 1 July 2025.
