Hitting cars in Vilalba (Lugo): stopped for cutting brakes, gratings and breaking rearview mirrors

The head of the Court of Investigation No. 1 of Vilalba (Lugo) has decided to release the man arrested in that municipality as alleged perpetrator of 25 offences of damage to buildings and vehicles in different parts of the province, showing his intention to take charge of the cost of the damage and to undergo treatment.
