Scientists, rulers, members of civil society from all over the world were gathered in Paris on Monday for the SOS Océan Summit in which Emmanuel Macron participated. All put different and complementary words on the urgency to act, two months from the 3rd United Nations Conference on the Ocean held in Nice from 9 to 13 June.
