Baguio City: Campaign against illegal drugs in Kalinga and Baguio City conducted. 1.2 million pesos worth of Marijuana and Shabu seized; one suspected drug pusher arrested - Radio Philippines Network

(Baguio City) An estimated PhP1,234,000,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized and a suspected drug pusher was arrested by authorities in Kalinga province and Baguio city yesterday. In Tinglayan, Kalinga, policemen including agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera Administrative Region uncovered a marijuana plantation in Barangay Butbut Proper. They uprooted and destroyed 6,000 fully grown plants worth PhP 1,200,000.
