According to uncertified results, Calhoun City native Perry Van Bailey won Tuesday night’s runoff election to serve as Mississippi House Representative for District 23. Bailey won against his opponent Colby Bollinger by about 30 votes across the district that covers parts of Lafayette, Calhoun, Pontotoc and Webster counties.
