Bosnian Serb separatist leader Dodik to be barred from Germany, Austria

Germany and Austria announced on Thursday that they would ban Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik and two other Republika Srpska officials from entering their territory, Agerpres reports. The decision comes amid growing tensions in Bosnia and the two countries' support for the country's European path.

In addition to Milorad Dodik, two other Bosnian Serb politicians were banned.

The secessionist adventure of the President of the Republika Srpska recalls the early 1990s. If he succeeds, his policy of split becomes a blueprint for others in the region.

Germany and Austria have imposed an entry ban on Bosnian Serb leader Dodik.

Serbian nationalist Milorad Dodik is no longer allowed to enter Germany and Austria. The sanctions follow a sentence against the Serb leader for unconstitutional laws about a week.
