Banqueño fell from a palm tree and died

As Arturo Cárdenas, 27 years old and from El Banco, was identified as the man who died after falling from a palm tree to which he climbed with the intention of lowering a couple of coconuts in rural areas of Altos del Rosario, south of Bolívar.
