Although it was not working, fire and smoke continued to rise in the Titan Bar on Hai Ba Trung Street (Hanoi), causing dozens of people in the surrounding building to evacuate and one person to suffocate.

After a DHL cargo plane crashed and caught fire near the Vilnius airport on Monday morning, the National Public Health Center (NVSC) urges people near the scene of the incident to beware of the harmful effects of fire smoke.
