International Chef Barry Bryson is opening his first restaurant at the Shore in Leith this week. Called Barry Fish, the 34-cover restaurant, will focus on direct sourcing of “the best fish and shellfish from Scotland” including Loch Fyne oysters and Eyemouth crab.
