A Baxter County man has been arrested for assaulting his estranged wife. Forty-nine-year-old Brooks Dean Due of Briarcliff is facing five charges for the incident, four of them felonies. The Baxter County Sherriff’s Office has arrested 48-year-old Chadwick Whithrow on multiple charges.  He is charged with Parole Violation, Drug Paraphernalia, No Seatbelt, No Insurance, Fictious Tags, Driving on a Suspended License and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.  He is being held in the Baxter County Jail on a $2500 Bond and will be in court April 21, 2025.
