Beachwood council to vote March 3 on $3-million purchase of 43 acres at Chagrin Highlands

Beachwood City Council has on its agenda for Monday (March 3), legislation that would have the city purchasing from the city of Cleveland 43 vacant acres at Chagrin Highlands, off Harvard Road, at a cost of $3 million. The purchase would allow for a connector road from Harvard to the city's business park at Mercantile Road, and development of the purchased acreage.
