Belarusians with Russian SIM cards given two months to submit biometrics, otherwise their communications will be cut off

Foreigners who live in Russia or often come here for business or personal purposes must submit their biometric data by July 1 in order to continue using SIM cards of local mobile operators. Their foreign clients have started receiving such notifications, BELTA reports. The requirement also applies to citizens of Belarus.
