biometric CURP: R3D sees risks in privacy, security and human rights

The biometric CURP and the Single Identity Platform, which is intended to be created through the initiatives to reform the General Population Act and the General Law on Forced Disappearances, presented by President Claudia Sheinbaum, represent serious risks to the privacy, security and human rights of more than 130 million people.
