Around 8 p.m. Tybee Island officers responded to a shooting on the 1000 block of Lovell Avenue.

TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — The Tybee Island Police Department is currently working the scene of a shooting. It happened Saturday night on the 1000 block of Leavell Avenue. According to a post on the Tybee Island Police Department’s social media, one person is enroute to the hospital and a suspect is in custody.
