BROWN COUNTY, Ind. — The Brown County Board of Commissioners issued a county-wide disaster declaration on Saturday. In its declaration, the board indicated that the area "has been impacted by or is immediately threatened by excessive rain, wind damage, downed power lines and trees, as well as life safety issues."
