Burgundy. Liquidation of Maison Dansard: the end of a historic gastronomy brand

On Wednesday, April 2, our colleagues from the Bien publique revealed that three establishments in the Cité de la Gastronomie in Dijon were placed in judicial reform, all managed by the Épicure Investissement group, based in Montpellier and covering about ten establishments in France.

Founded in the 1970s, Maison Dansard was a benchmark in the field of Burgundian gastronomy. With a historic site in Marcigny (71) and a workshop in Saint-Vincent-de-Boisset (42), its catering service was renowned, even collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs. Taken over by Épicure Investissement in 2020, the company has just been placed in receivership.
