Caltrans to begin Highway 139 roadway rock excavation and drainage improvement project in Lassen County

Caltrans says that the project includes rehabilitating Highway 139, the replacement of six curb ramps, upgrading guardrails, upgrading concrete barriers, widening shoulders in select locations, the replacement and upgrading of signage, a traffic signal, and work on culverts.
