Car of driver killed by police in Curitiba was tampered with, says victim's family

The family of app driver Gustavo da Silva Xavier, killed by a military police officer on the 17th in Curitiba, reported that his vehicle was tampered with after being taken to the DMV yard, without undergoing an expert examination.
