Both the Carbon County Food Bank and Trinity Food Pantry have been in dire need of protein for their shelves. Much of their food comes from Utah Food Bank, which provides a lot of pasta, cereal and other starches, but it leaves families lacking nutrients that come from protein sources such as meat.
