An attorney for Andrew and Kaytlin Fultz confirmed to KRMG charges against Kaytlin were dropped Tuesday after they filed a motion to dismiss based on lack of jurisdiction. Kaytlin is a tribal citizen and falls under the McGirt Ruling.
