TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Three puppies were found abandoned in a cardboard box in Plant City on Tuesday. A good Samaritan spotted the box on the side of a rural property and alerted the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. The puppies, which appear to be no more than a few weeks old, were left in the sun without food, water or shelter. Now safely in the care of the HSTB, they'll be headed to foster homes next, before hopefully finding their forever families.
