CBP seizures: methamphetamine and raw eggs

During the past week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers (CBP) seized 64 pounds (29 kilograms) of methamphetamine, raw eggs and other prohibited items from more than 90 travelers at the entry ports of El Paso, Texas. The border between Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua and El Paso Texas has four international crossings for which there are 34,000 daily trips of non-commercial vehicles, plus 15,000 people who do so in a non-motorized manner.
