The Constitutional Court announced in a statement released on Friday that it has appealed against the sentence pronounced by the Ploiești Court of Appeal, which annulled and suspended the execution of the Constitutional Court's Decision no. 32/2024. The CCR is not the only entity that has challenged the Court of Appeal's decision. The hearing will take place on Friday, at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, starting at 4:00 p.m.
