Celaya launches campaign against animal abuse after brutal murder of dogs

Celaya, Gto.- After the vicious and cruel murder of two dogs in the Los Olivos colony, the Secretariat of Citizen Security launched a campaign to have citizens denounce animal abuse through the new system of Civic Justice and punish the abusers.
