A 32-year-old man was charged with attempted homicide and aggravated assault after a Monday shooting in Franklin County, court documents said. Chambersburg resident Julian Rodriguez-Ramos was responsible for a shooting involving two vehicles near West Catherine Street and South Hackberry Drive, according to court documents filed by Chambersburg police. Court records show Rodriguez-Ramos lives on East Catherine Street.
