César "N" arrested for the alleged femicide of a 11-year-old girl in Orizaba, Veracruz

On Tuesday, April 8, the Attorney General’s Office reported that César “N” was arrested, as probable responsible for the crime of femicide, committed against a minor victim in Orizaba, Veracruz.
