CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) —  The City of Chattanooga has notified 836 individuals whose personal information was compromised in a data breach involving Nationwide Recovery Services (NRS). Letters have been sent to all affected, outlining what data was exposed and providing instructions to enroll in free identity protection services offered by the City.
