China accuses the European Union, the United States, Japan and Taiwan of dumping certain plastics on the Chinese market at low prices. Based on preliminary findings from an investigation into the plastic trade, China is imposing countermeasures, the Ministry of Commerce announced. These consist of import duties of up to almost 75 percent.
