Citizens break the patience thread: City of Rheinbach has not implemented Council Decision from 1993 until today

Residents from the district of Wormersdorf are fed up: a citizen's demand, for whose implementation a Council decision was already available more than 30 years ago, has repeatedly disappeared in the drawer. Now the project should be postponed for another three years.
