BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A City of Bowling Green director rescued a dog from flood waters Saturday morning. According to a social media post, Bowling Green Public Works crews were navigating floodwaters on Cave Mill Road when a dog named Bucko escaped from its home’s yard and was discovered caught in the flood.
