Richard Blowers said the city’s current ordinance that requires political signs to be taken down within seven days after an election is “unconstitutional” and he won’t be removing these signs from his yard at 211 S. Locust St. The City Of Glenwood is removing a provision in its Land Development Ordinance that requires political signs to be taken down within one week after an election.
