City to seek grant for bleacher improvements

AT HARREL FERREL PARK City of Platte City will seek a parks and recreation outreach grant from Platte County in the hopes of replacing and improving bleachers at Harrel Ferrel Park, the baseball fields near Fourth and Hwy. 92.
