Thirty-five flight attendants from low-cost carrier Jetstar Japan filed a lawsuit seeking an end to work orders without breaks, claiming that they were not given the break times stipulated in the Labor Standards Act. The Tokyo District Court (Takase Conservative Justice) ruled that the lawsuit was in violation of the Labor Standards Act.
