Who is behind the mysterious pamphlets posted throughout South Yorkshire?

Numerous strange pamphlets have been posted throughout South Yorkshire and further afield over the last 10 years.  Each pamphlet is numbered, with the one seen below called ‘58A Your Herald (Today and Tomorrow)’ and starts with a contact email address.
