As further evidenced from the Commission's proposals, this should apply to all vehicles that are at least ten years old.

In the future, older cars are to be TÜV every year. Safety and environment are to be protected – that is what the EU promises. But the plan does not hit the problem. It only creates more bureaucracy – and burdens the wrong people.
